TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING
All prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (£) per room per night, based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room for one or more consecutive nights. Double/twin rooms used for single occupancy will be subject to a Single Supplement Charge. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you are given a confirmation and the deposit has been paid.

DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS
You will be asked to guarantee your booking with cheque or bank transfer or pay pal - Persons making a booking within 7 days of arrival will be required to pay their booking in full.

BALANCE OF MONIES OUTSTANDING
Prior to your departure from the Guest house you will be required to settle your bill.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
Please note that losses arising from the cancellation or curtailment of confirmed contracts - where we are unable to re-let the accommodation - may rise to the following cancellation charges: Up to 7 days hours prior to date of arrival - Initial Deposit Less than 24 hours prior to arrival - 100% of Contract Value

We recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance.

WHAT THE PRICE INCLUDES
Prices include bedrooms with colour TV/DVD, private en suite bathroom and full Scottish breakfast.

CHILDREN
Children under the age of 5 can stay and eat free at our guest house when sharing a room with 2 paying adults. Children from the ages of 5 to 12 will be charged at £20.00 per child per night - this covers the cost of bed & breakfast. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought.

PETS
Dogs are not allowed within the house, however we have a garden shed where dogs can be housed overnight

CAR PARKING
Vehicles left in the Guest House car park are left at the owners risk and the proprietors cannot take responsibility for any damage caused to vehicles left in the vicinity of the guest house.

CHECKING IN AND OUT
Arrival and Departure Check-in time is between 4pm - 6pm and rooms are to be vacated by 10am on the weekday of departure and 11am on Saturday & Sunday. Earlier/ Later check in by arrangement.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted within the Guest House - should we find any evidence that this rule has been broken, you authorise us to debit your credit or debit card with a cleaning fee of £50.00. We have external ashtrays available for smokers.

RESTRICTION ON ACCOMMODATION
We reserve the right to remove any person or persons from the guest house due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to the property or exceeding the stated occupancy. In this case any refund will be at the discretion of the owners.

PRIVACY
Any information entered into this website will not be given to any third party. It will be used solely by Ceann na Pairc for marketing purposes only.
